NOTE!!! This part is the later model heavier duty improved design version part and doesn’t fit most 1999-2000 models. Because the black part that fits through the door is too big for the hole in the earlier doors. The black part that bolts to the A-pillar is about 1” X 1-1/8” as seen in the last two pictures.This part should fit 99-2005 models but many of 99-2000 models had smaller hole in the door and this part doesn't fit through.
