New old stock unit from Rotomaster. Comes in the original box. Unit is being sold as-is. Vacuum actuator makes some noise when you shake the turbo, like they left some piece inside it at the factory. I am selling as is, for parts, test, or to use the CHRA out of it. Feel free to ask any questions....
