This is a very common cause of non operational power locks in a 9000. Most frequently the failure is in the main relay internal to this unit - meaning you will still have power hatch release but your doors won't work. If that is the case, your locking module is BAD and NON REPAIRABLE. I always test these in my personal daily (1996 9000 Aero) driver before I ship them, and these are KNOWN GOOD units. - You won't get that anywhere else with used ones of these....
