Rare original small Oakland shield style enamel dashboard badge emblem insignia nameplate. The Oakland was built from 1907 to 1931 in Pontiac, MI and was replaced by the Pontiac. Online research indicates this type of emblem was used on the top of the dashboard from 1929 to 1931 but I do not know exact year, model or application for this example.
