These can be used with a steel pan also they are just about an 1/8" longer than needed for the steel pan. There are (4) - 5/16-18 X 1 1/2", and (18) - 1/4-20 X 1 1/2", they have an allen socket in the end of them, so you don't have to double nut them to install them just use an allen wrench.
