This is a real deal 1967 Big Block Chevrolet engine block. The casting number is 3902406. The casting date is L 5 6 which decodes as December 5th, 1966. The 3902406 block was used exclusively for late 1966 -1967 396 engines. This is a very hard to find late 1966 block for early in the 1967 model year.The pad on this block is stamped TI227IN L7131495 as shown.
