The photos show everything.As far as I know,this is from 1978, and it is for aHONDAMATICmotorcycle. This is what I was told when I purchased this part, and several other parts, from a gentleman at a flea market/swap meet. He told me the bike was his late father's bike and he was selling the bike as parts, rather than selling the complete bike. It is in beautiful condition, as you can see. If you are building a bike, you will need this. I believe it could be for the models described in the title....
