This is a used Hondaline crash bar / engine guard with POSA highway pegs for a 1982-1985 Honda VF750S/VF700S Sabre. The bars have some marks from where the highway pegs are mounted, and there are some spots of surface rust near the mounting areas, but they are straight. This comes exactly as shown in the pictures with the hardware shown. Verify the provided part code (MB0) with a reliable source for proper fitment.
