In very very good condition. It's been polished and ready for installation. Just never got put on. Like it was in a time machine. Has a few of the rubber pieces, not in good condition, also has two of the metal collars. Overall in excellent condition. Came off a 1985 Honda XL600R. Will fit other models, check to make sure it fits yours before buying. If your in the USA, I will always try to ship two day air if possible. I do not ship to war zones....
