THE TRUCK SAT OUTSIDE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS; AND THEN THESE STEPS SAT IN A WAREHOUSE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THUS, WHILE THEY ARE NEW, THEY ARE NOT BRIGHT AND SHINY. YOU MUST GET THE GRANDKIDS TO SCRUB THEM AND POLISH THEM TO MAKE THEM LOOK REALLY GOOD. You also get the 4 factory mounting bars. The steps measure about 5 1/2" by 32".
