I measured about .004" clearance from piston to cylinder using a feeler guage only. I recommend new rings at least. Sleeve came out when disassembling, just pop it back in! Sleeve has marks inside it (see pictures) they don't feel like much, but there's something there. The aluminum block has no broken fins or cracks. gasket surfaces are good YOU CAN RETURN IT!!
