So the box is new and sealed, but dorman did a crappy job of packing this. It is flopping around in the box. So unless you tell me otherwise, i will open it and add papper to prevent the mechanism from flopping around during transit. As for shipping it is free so I will be shopping around for the best price. It may ship usps ground, usps priority cubic, fedex, or ups. Depending on where you live....
