switch panel holds 6 switches (0.75") and replaces the ashtray in your 1997-2001 jeep cherokee. You will need to remove the console and remove the factory ashtray to use this. mounting hardware and switches are not included. Finish is slightly textured and has layer lines. They can be easily be removed with a little sanding and paint or a rubber/flexible coating like bed liner or plasti dip.
