This cover does not have the metal bushings where the bolts go but the rubber is still there. But I was initially going to do a fiberglass plastic repair on it until I decided I’ll just buy a new one. It might be worth your time to repair it and paint it if you don’t have one for the price it’s listed at. Let me know if you have any questions....
