You are looking at a Pro-tek SWING ARM BUDDY repair kit (Pro-tek Part No. SAB-XX) that replaces a chain adjuster bolt after it seizes and breaks off in the swing arm of most off road motorcycles. These particular kits repair the bolts on 2019-2023 Honda CB500F/FA, 2019-2023 Honda CB500X/XA and 2019-2023 Honda CBR500R/RA models.
