This aftermarket accessory dresses up the neck area of a 89-01 Dresser and Road Kings. I removed this from my 2001 Road King Classic when I customized the frame and fork on my bike. The chrome is bright and shiny and all the parts to install on a 2001 Road King to my knowledge are in the parts bag included in the box. There is one area that has a "smudge"/discoloration (see photo 2). Please ensure fitment for your application before purchasing as item is being sold AS-IS....
