Steel frame with aluminum blades. In great shape. Looks like it was repainted at some point. I got it loose so I've never ran it but it lays on a flat surface without rocking. There is no part number stamped in it but it has an "H" stamped in the front that I believe is for "gayes-albion" it also has a "92" stamped in it and a "TX1" stamped on the back. 3.25" bolt circle...
