This is a rebuild kit for the Holley 650 and 750 mechanical secondary double pumper carburetors.This kit does not come with a power valve . Both the metering block and fuel bowl gaskets are the blue reusable ones. An extra set of paper needle and seat gaskets are included for float adjustments as well as 2 of the main body to base plate gaskets .
