This was removed from a running 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500. Rear fender includes license plate holder/chrome, rear tail light and blinker chrome assembly, fender has some contact cement from a neon light kit, which can be removed or left since it is under seat and not visible. There is an AMA sticker which can be heated off. Some slight scratches and blemishes, see all pictures. Also includes rear seat mount ($60 value alone). Selling as package deal!
