You are purchasing one European made reproduction rear fender side trim kit, which in my experience will fit 1939-1948 Harley-Davidson twin rear fenders. I'm not sure if this also fits 1936-1938 style rear fenders, the parts catalogs only show this fitting 1939-1948. There were no changes to the fender contour I'm aware of in 1939.
