You are purchasing:Two ea. Chandler Products CP-1038 cold head bolts, Harley OEM# 4018W 5/16”-24 x 1 1/4" countersunk, cad plated.These are used on the rear-most hole on the rear fender support or strut to close the rear fender flap to the front body of the fender. My reference material says these were used from 1963-1978. They used a Phillips screw in this position from 1959-1962 and a straight slot screw in 1958.
