New old stock GM part# 2276023 and 2276024 GMC Truck LH and RH front fenders for Medium Utility/Commercial Trucks. Part number refers to 37-1/2" wheel well opening. There were at least two wheel opening sizes. We also have a LH of the 41" opening size, but do not have the other side - the LH with 41" opening is GM part# 2275894 and would have been for a larger wheel size option so the tire doesn't hit the inside of the fender when turning tight.
