OEM Rear Fender for Harley-Davidson Shovelheads. It has been chopped down into a bobber style fender. The person who did it didn't do the greatest job, but not the worst, either. It's like, the best your dad would do in the garage on a weekend, you know? With both ends touching the ground, it measures 11" at it's highest. The metal is pretty clean and solid.
