This is a 8pc GM factory correct set of hardware to attach the lower dog leg portion of the front fender to the lower part of the cowl. With this kit you will get 4 factory correct bolts with the threaded lead end and the free spinning washer and you will get 4 factory correct U nuts that clip onto the bottom of the cowl.
