These fenders have never been used or drilled for fender bolts. They appear to be factory fiberglass 8" ST fenders. Some script appears in red ink on the underside of the one fender in the picture on the scale and the other fender some script is barely visible. Headlight buckets are fiberglass, two metal tabs are riveted for the headlights and are properly drilled for wiring. Turn signal housings are metal frames. Quality of construction is very good.
