You are purchasing a LH rear fender steel support bracket for the Triumph TR250 and TR6. LH (left-hand) is drivers side on U.S. spec cars. This was purchased new several years ago, painted black (dust specks in paint) and not installed. This supports the lower fender to the frame, behind the rear wheel.
