The item for sale is the 1983 Yamaha IT 490 – Front Fender / Mudguard. This appears to be in usable condition. It does have a tear along the edge in one spot, please see photos. Also note that it appears that someone has painted over the white plastic with black paint and the paint is coming off in several places.
