These are new in open package, so may have very minor wear from where they were exposed during storage. The plastic is opened at the bottom as well as scattered holes in the plastic. They are stapled at the top, only the front part of the cardboard label remains. Since the plastic is open, there is some dust inside the plastic, so will still want a quick vacuuming.
