Brand new and never used. Still has the original packaging but the top cardboard holder lost its plastic holders so it easily falls off. No flaws or defects with the car mat itself just the packaging hanger. Listed as new other since the packaging is a little damaged. Otherwise it could just be listed as new :) Slight dust from storage but we will make sure it’s wiped free before shipment. Ships in a priority mail box but is kind of heavy being rubber.
