This is a genuine, RARE OEM Honda flywheel rotor and crankshaft mounting bolt for a 1985 Honda VF700F and other Honda motorcycles per part number(s), part numbers 31110-MB2-690 and 90024-MT3-000, possibly among others. OEM genuine Honda parts, not aftermarket. In good overall condition. Clean. Light rust in places. Some dust / dirt here and there. Low mileage, 18XXX miles on odometer, removed from a "barn find" parts bike. Straight. No cracks. Good mounting taper. Bolt has good head and threads....
