Marchal 859 amber driving fog light. Not sure of the exact application but fits many classic cars Mercedes, VW, Porsche, Triumph, Alfa Ramiro, Ford Bronco and possibly others. Chrome housing with chrome bezel. Housing chrome is spotty and does have scuffs. Bottom of bezel has small area where chrome is bubbled. Can be seen in picture.
