Condition DescriptionThere are scratches and peeling from use and removal/removal, but no damage such as cracks or bends. There are shallow scrapes on the underside. The adjustment dial turns smoothly. There are scratches on the stem clamp and some fading of the coating, but there is no rust in the moving parts.
