Yamaha YFZ450R lower frame rail gusset. Lower frame rail gusset to help support the weak point in the 2009-current fuel injected Yamaha Yfz450r lower frame rail. This is a laser cut weld on gusset. 1/8 inch. Pre-bent to fit frame. Made in the USA. Directions: -prep the lower frame rail (sand, wire wheel paint off) -fit gusset and clamp into place. -tack weld gusset. -plug weld holes and weld all the way around gusset. -clean and prep for paint or powder coat....
