New old stock GM part# 4587976 fuel filler door assembly for 1951-52 Chevrolet passenger cars except station wagon. Found in an old Chevrolet dealership attic. This one has residue from a rubber coating applied at the factory, but very nice overall and never used. We did not try to remove the rest of that rubber coating but could get some off with a fingernail when we tried. Only purchase if you know you have to do some work to prep it for paint.
