This is the original Downey Off Road Mfg. 1/4" thick heavy duty skid plate for the 22 gallon rear fuel cell. The skid plate fits either the Downey nylon fuel cell sold here on ebay or on the IH8MUD forum, and the Con-Ferr steel tank, both have the slanted rear lower wall for better departure angle (see first photo above).
