Original Elsinore Tank that I have had in storage for decades. It does include the fuel cap and fuel petcock. The petcock very well could need rebuilt, It has not had fuel in it for a very long time. Look at the pictures. The clear coat has been rubbed off in the leg area of the tank. There is also a dent, from a knee, towards the rear of the tank (shown in pics.)
