Don't know a lot about this item but appears to be complete, cap, fuel gauge, and fuel pump plate assembly. There is some rust I can see through the fill cap hole. Date is 02/20/2009 A couple blemishes and the 2 scratches seen in photos, no dents. Winner will ad $35 for shipping in the lower 48 USA THANKS!...
