Original OEM HD item. Both levers move as they should. Blew air threw without issue to test passage ways for "ON" side and then "Reserve" but I didnt put liquid threw to test for any sort of leakage. The filter has broken off but may still be useful if buyer wanted to attempt to reattach with epoxy of sorts. Item comes exactly as shown in photos.
