Came off a bike that was in a towing yard. You can see that there's paint peeling and rust so it's going to need somebody work. There's rust on the inside of the tank too so you need to use a gas tank ceiling kit to seal the inside before using. The petcock is Frozen and you might be able to get it to loosen up with penetrating fluid but assume you're going to need to replace it...
