This is the small petcock seal(O-Ring) for many Honda motorcycles. It seals between the petcock base and the tank. Honda Part #16958-397-771. You should always replace this seal when you remove the petcock. Made from Viton material which is the most fuel resistant rubber. This is for the seal(O-ring) only, ref #5 in picture.
