Removed from an ‘89 XR600R mainshaft assembly is in good condition. The complete component just as you’d pull from the cases in one piece. Splines & threads are sound with crisp gear teeth and minimal wear. Third gear has some digs in the teeth, looks like it chewed something up. Not really damaging but does exist, this can be seen in the last photo and is on several of the teeth - we picked the worst for the pic.
