Here is an OEM steering rack from a 2016 Lexus GX460 with 84k miles. No leaks when pulled and worked as it should. This steering rack will fit straight into a 2010-2023 Lexus GX460 or a 2010-2023 Toyota 4Runner. This will also be an upgrade for a 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 and a 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner. If putting into those two cars, all that is needed is two bolts and nuts to fit the larger diameter hole. The part numbers for the two bolts are (90119-14138) and the two nuts are (94151-21441).
