Full disclosure: This vehicle was involved in the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Mercedes Class Action Lawsuit . It has just had it's DPF filter replaced by the dealer, and is running great. The dealer told me the oil cooler is leaking into the DPF which will cause it to clog again in time. If you are planning on keeping this car for use, I would suggest replacing or resealing the oil cooler, as well as the fuel pump.
