Brand new of OTK steering wheel. These were purchased from a kart track/shop that closed down as part of a complete buy out. I was told everything was new but everything has been sitting around for a while and cosmetically may not look brand new. Some of the red foam is starting to come off. Everything else about the wheel looks like it is brand new and never used....
