Lester-Matic 36V Golf Cart Battery Charger, no way to test it but makes a battery charger sound hum, not sure how to test if power coming out, black rubber is cracked on cord to battery, main face dented and timer switch broke but does spin and turn on and off, rough physical condition, look over pictures....
