Estate sale find The charger turns on and the timer turns on and does cut off when you set the time on it, and the transformer will hum when on I don't have anything to try this out on. As seen in the photos it does have some heavy dust as the owner had this in his barn with power wheelchairs he had purchased at auction for his personal use. He had spares for a lot of power wheelchairs as he was disabled. I'm selling as is for parts as I cannot fully test out....
