We have the center grille piece for a 1962 Ford Fairlane. I think it will also fit the Ranchero, YOU decide if it will work for you. It does have a few minor dings in it.(see pictures 6,7,8) The two top mounting holes are starting to go away.(see pictures 3 & 4) Two of the mounting brackets are there.
