Used on Hydraglide model Harleys from 1954 to 1959. Could use on any panhead project with a linkert carb and a manual advance timer. The cables for timing and throttle along with pin, roller, and set screw present. Chrome is pretty good. Drilled on right side bar to allow for a passing lamp switch or directionals. Came off an early pan. No idea if oem or aftermarket so it is priced to sell....
