1998-2011 Ford Crown Victoria Street Appearance Package Trunk Rear Garnish License Plate Panel - Norsea Blue Metallic. In EXCELLENT CONDITION! No scratches or chips whatsoever. All of the alignment pins/studs are intact (although one looks to have been repaired with epoxy by previous owner). No lights or locks are included, but the lens for the reverse lights are there.
