This is a Used Original TRUNK LID for 1972-1975 Alfa Romeo GTV models. We found it in an old Alfa shop, I am not sure what year it is from. It has the original paint sticker on the underside as pictured. Includes the catch hook for trunk latch. There is some rust at lower edge of lip of trunk lid with holes that are pointed out.
